Communication by UN Special Rapporteur on minority issues on violence towards Bedouins

We would like to share with you that as a result of our work with the UN Special Rapporteur on minority issues, that mandate has emitted a communication to the State of Israel expressing their concern on the violence, hate speech and discrimination exerted towards the Palestinian minotity, including the Naqab’s Bedouin residents.
Mr. Fernand de Varennes, UN Special Rapporteur on minority issues added that “The absence of protection and bomb shelters in the Bedouin villages in the Naqab has also increased insecurity of the Bedouin minority”.
